_{This morning, my mind was at a complete blank, art block apparently. However, during the flood, inspiration came for a picture that reflected my feelings for today. I felt somewhat hopeless, fearing the worst- even if we were ultimately among the luckiest right now.

Anyway- This is Ponsium Bessontos, younger brother of Tempari. He is the leader of the Aqumadeata clan~

Okay, well, the 'Deats (the Aqumadeatans...) are generally a narcissistic race, the majority of the population Sea Wyverns and other dragons capable of breathing both in water and outside, and even of flight. They, despite being among the most minor clans, believe that they are above all the others. They banished half-bloods, especially with their 'sister' clan, Teroketzalus- Where the law prohibiting cross-breeding was disguised as a preventive measure of poorly-adapted dragons being born, when the law was in fact made out of complete selfishness. The law is decided by the general population, the leader isn't able to change it on his own.

That was the problem for Ponsium. He fell for one from the Teroketzalus clan, and thus got in to this ridiculous political mess. His older sister, feeling disgraced and not wanting to be associated with Ponsium, quickly left him behind, for Tempari was at that time as narcissistic as everyone else. As Tempo left, Ponsium could only look back hopelessly.

It was 10 years since Tempo left him, but unknown to Ponsium, she is beginning to understand herself how selfish the Deats truly were.

For the most part, he looks like Tempo, though his head spines are longer, he doesn't have stripes, his eyes are hazel rather than blue and, yanno, the headgear.
